What Travelers Are
Saying About Us

We took Five Stars Transportation from the Puerto Vallarta Airport to Sayulita and were very pleased with the trip. Elena drove us and she was a pleasure. Kind and courteous and a safe driver. We recommend them without reservation.

We used this transport service at the beginning and end of our trip to Mexico. Our driver was Elena. She was wonderful, very reliable and a safe driver. We were lucky to also have Carlos at the end for our return trip. Highly recommend this service.

Our driver was very communicative. He even sent us a picture of himself with a placard that included our name the day before we arrived. Upon our arrival, he met us right outside the airport. The car was pristine and he offered us a refreshment. The drive to the hotel was pleasant, and he helped us with our luggage when we arrived. I would definitely use him again.

He is extremely responsive, very responsible, courteous, and a true professional. We are a family of five traveling with young children — he was able to provide car seats. He picked us up right on time from the Vallarta airport. Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

We found the drivers very incredible. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with our round trip from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita. Highly recommend!

Elena was the perfect driver to get me to my destination. She was super accommodating and kind. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Super responsive! Flexible. Great communications. Strongly recommend. I would use them again on my next trip.

Carlos was very quick to help with our luggage and take us to the SUV so that we could start our vacation in wonderful Puerto Vallarta. He was friendly and helpful throughout. Carlos delivered us safely with no issues. I highly recommend him!

We had the most lovely experience with Carlos and Elena! Definitely worth it not having to worry about taxis or Uber when you're there. Elena was a fantastic driver and had cold beverages waiting for us in the car. Carlos was also there, driving us through a flooded street to get to our Airbnb. She was prompt and incredibly friendly. Carlos communicated throughout! Highly recommended!

Excellent Service, Very Professional and Good Move. Very Comfortable Van with Good Capacity. No problem — Everything Was Perfect.

Excellent service and an excellent person. Helped us with all the steps of service and was always very patient with all of us. Definitely my first of many trips with this service.

Very good person. Good service. 100% recommended whether you're going with friends, family, or as a couple. Always very attentive, never failed us, and always on time.

Carlos and his family have made our trip to Puerto Vallarta truly special. Traveling with kids in their early 20s and younger, we appreciated their easygoing and flexible scheduling. When what really stood out was their genuine kindness. Carlos showed up for us in the mornings for both of us. You could tell this operation happens with real care and pride — combined with the large, comfortable van for our whole family. An outstanding touch of personality and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Carlos and his mom. Round trip service was exceptional and the SUV was in great condition.

Carlos and Elena are just warm, professional, truly timely and flexible. We needed airport shuttles for 18 people on my yoga retreat — to and from Vallarta at our San Pancho Resort. Safe, comfortable vans and professional throughout. Carlos stands out for his warmth and genuine care for every guest. Highly recommend!

We used Five Stars Transportation for round-trip airport transportation as well as a day trip from the resort to a yacht with a few stops throughout the day. Carlos and Elena were very kind and time efficient. We will definitely be calling them for our yearly PVR trip from here on out!

He speaks English and is one of the kindest people we have met in Mexico — which is really saying something. Highly recommended.

Carlos was an excellent driver with perfect English skills. Very reliable and friendly. He drove us from the PV airport to Sayulita and back. Would highly recommend.

It was a very excellent service helping us explore new places in Nayarit. Carlos was right on time. The following day I was picked up and dropped off at the airport right on time without any delays.

I was traveling alone to Puerto Vallarta. Carlos was very communicative prior to my landing and kept me updated on when to meet him. He was very professional and extremely courteous. I would recommend Carlos for any of your travel needs.

My husband and I were very satisfied and happy during both of our transportation services. Excellent and comfortable — would absolutely use Five Stars Transportation again.

Carlos was smooth and fully pleasant. We travelled from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita and we've done this trip many times. This was the best ride we've ever had on this route.

Carlos is amazing — we have used his services several times. Always on time, kind, and professional. We use them with all our guests in and out of Puerto Vallarta.

Elena was fantastic and very kind. These guys are a great and friendly team. On time and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
